APRIL 9TH BACK ON - THE GARDEN OF WALES, CARMARTHENSHIRE

I have booked the Botanical Gardens, Nantgaredig/Llanarthne - very accommodating - they look at it as a marketing exercise that could benefit the garden in a big way. They have waived the rental cost of the Glasshouse and The Marquee. The following itinerary will be followed:

5.30: C2C team to meet for photos and anything that Dyfrig wants to do in and around the Garden probably cycle up the from the main entrance to the Great Glass House

6.30: Arrival and Welcome of guests - Drinks Reception in Great Glass House Red Wine Punch and Elderflower Spritzer - P.A. System available for welcome address

7.45: Move to the Marquee behind the Shop/Cafe/Office complex for Finger Buffet - 150 people can be seated - Bar available. Photos to be screened throughout the buffet on large screen.

8.45: Presentation - may include small film put together by Telesgop - Speeches and Awards

9.30: 'Two Fat Cyclists' and Uncle Lyndon - 1/2 hour acoustic set of singalong music

10.15: Live Music with our own 'COAST 2 COAST' rock band - Andy, Keith, Meurig and Nik

1145: Bar closes
